Windows Media Player File

To listen to WMA files, you can use the built-in Windows media player or download and install one of the WMA audio players listed below. No advanced player features are required so all you need is one of the free basic players offered by any one of the sources below..

If you are running a version of Windows, the built-in Windows Media Player should automatically launch when you download an WMA file. But, if not, you can follow these steps:

  1. Download the WMA file from our website and save it to a location on your computer.
  2. Under the START menu select PROGRAMS... then ACCESSORIES... then MULTIMEDIA...
  3. You should find WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER listed there.
  4. Start WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER.
  5. Use the FILE... OPEN... menu in Windows Media Player to open the WMA file you previously downloaded.
